Let us stand for justice. If Ampatuan's could not bring to justice then we shall bring Justice to them. They are not god and certainly they have NO GOD. Their Allah now condemns them. If not then their ALLAH would be among those who lives in Hades. Forgive me for my words but this is not a human act. This is Satan's hand made of creativity.
If they will amend the constitution which particular area of the code will be changed? Was it the term of the Executive Position? Or to eliminate the Senate?
